Originated and secured ABGL's five state-government PPP agreements across Northeast India, with direct working relationships at Chief Minister, Minister, and Secretary level in Manipur, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh.

Deep experience across cleantech capital markets and institutional investor relationships, supporting ABGL's sponsor selection and pre-IPO investor engagement. Shareholder.

Rishab Kumar Ojha

Leads ABGL's engagement across India — the company's principal point of contact for central and state governments, strategic corporate partners, and commercial counterparties. Manages ministerial-level liaison, partner negotiations, and on-the-ground execution across all five active project states. Central to ABGL's ability to convert government MoUs into operating projects.

Chair of ABGL's Advisory Board. Former Under Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Recipient of the Padma Shri, awarded by the President of India on Republic Day 2026 in recognition of distinguished public service. Leads ABGL's central government relations, MNRE grant applications, technical regulatory approvals, and state-level licensing engagement across all five project states.
